Baked Chicken Thighs

Save this for the Friday night, when you are kicking back after a hard week of research.

Total time of preparation: 50 minutes to 1 hour

Total cost: < US$4

Ingredients:
2 chicken thighs, skin on. Deboned is preferred.
Oyster sauce
Chilli paste

Instructions:
1) preheat oven to 450F
2) in a bowl, coat chicken thighs evenly with oyster sauce and chilli paste. You don't need a lot, just enough to cover the thighs.
3) Take aluminum foil, and make a little tray with it. Make sure corners are "sealed".
4) put chicken thighs on tray, skin side up and leave in oven.
5) Bake for 35 minutes to 40 minutes or so, till skin is crispy but not burnt.

Enjoy the moist, crispy chicken thighs with cold beer. Life is good.
